OR Series

ORS Roller gear cam index unit of shaft type

It is the most popular type of all the index units. It is excellent in the stability during the high-speed operation due to the small moment of inertia of the output shaft.
The shape of the output shaft: straight, axis-to-axis distance: from 32mm to 250mm, number of stops: from 2 to 24.

The output shaft is flange type, so it has a high rigidity and easy to mount table and so on. Hollow output shaft is also available.
Axis-to-axis distance: from 45mm to 350mm, number of stops: from 2 to 24.

The stop time may be longer due to less limitation of the index period and number of stops that are applicable to the shaft type.
